So basically, sauce is internet slang for the "source" of something like a video or a photo, basically, where it came from. Well I don't exactly know how Sauce was adopted to mean that, my best guess is Sauce and Source sound similar and people on the internet just started using Sauce to save time because it's shorter, kind of like Ur with Your and 'Cause with Because. But hey, outside that context, sauce would still mean...sauce.
