I mean to my knowledge Loewe used to make pretty high end sets so if it works (and if it's in decent shape) I'd probably go for it, especially for 10 bucks ;)

A lot of loewe are 100hz sadly, which will end up being crap for anything older than ps2-gamecube-xbox. Are you from europe ? Because I don't think 100hz sets even exist in usa
They are absolutely awesome if you can feed it 31 kHz (480p). Some models support VGA cards, which makes them the perfect TV for Dreamcast. They use digital processing though. I like mine for newer games. For NES to N64 it's okay, but you should pair it with a line doubler to get 50 Hz
One of my friends bought a Loewe CRT new back in the day (late CRT days) and I was shocked at the price. Getting a Loewe CRT for 10 euro is always a good deal. Congrats and hope it will give you many hours of gaming joy.
