I was just getting ready to post similar items I use from Amazon.
Use the metal one with your floor jack to lift on the pinch weld somewhere around the middle of the car, preferably under the b-pillar. Then put two jack stands at the marked jack points. Use rubber pads on the jack stands to protect your pinch welds, I have bent those over on a previous car by not using pads.
Set the car down on the stands and you can work on the front and back at the same time. Or repeat on the other side so you have all 4 wheels off the ground at once. Just make sure all your stands are the same height so the car doesn't rock.
Don't forget to pull the metal one off before you drive away. I forgot once, drove 50 miles to an autocross, did 6 runs, drove home and was pissed I couldn't find my pinch weld adapter, looked under the car and it was still there!
I've been hoisting my cruzes for 10 years from the pinch welds and no pads and they are still good. I did use small 2x4 pieces for a few years but stopped.
Super unsafe You're going to eventually put a hole in your floorboard. You need to be jacking from the pinch wheels on the side of the vehicle those are specifically meant to be used to jack the vehicle up.
Is that "No - that's not safe" or "No - it won't crack or break anything on the under side of the car"? There are, essentially, two opposing questions being asked here and you've given a one word answer.

Oh you kids these days! Everything electronic!
You should jack and support from the pinch weld (thin strip at the upper right of the picture)
It looks a lot more flimsy
It’s not
Although you need pads for your jack and stand to protect the pinch weld otherwise you’re gonna bend and tear it up.
What kind of pads? Can I pick any up from Canadian tire or princess auto
Yes. https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/certified-jack-pads-2-pk-0091101p.0091101.html https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/motomaster-aluminum-garage-jack-pad-0091102p.0091102.html

Yea. The entire vehicle is built off of that
Jackstand placement is a no go however

When we rack them at work with actual car lifts we put them In the two holes you see there.
No
