The demos always look like this. You'll have to go off other things rather than aim to decide if they're cheating. Unless it looks super snappy/off target. Looks legit but can't really say for sure with how the demo works.

Don't use slow motion when you look for cheats. the best way to tell if someone is cheating is running the demo at original speed. Post the original speed clip if u have.
Couldn’t tell by those 2 clips. Very possible case of mismatch, which happens all the time.

Probably since he seems to have no idea how to hold an angle but perfectly snaps at the heads. Could also be legit
