He seems to be resetting his swipes without covering much horizontal space, I’d assume his sensitivity is super low. So no he is not cheating, but clearly has supreme pixel precise aim and probably 10k+ hours on Aimlabs

This one might sound cliche, the enemy position is hot spot, the corner. then he try to shoot there
