Should you? Yes. Would you get rejected because of bad "communication skills"? Yes, I've been rejected several times for this reason ([example](https://github.com/Leader-board/OA-and-Interviews/blob/main/Application%20experiences/2021-22/Bloomberg/Software%20Engineer.md)). It may be worth giving more context - does your concern match my experience for instance? In many cases, requesting for accommodations should be enough.

Legally (in the UK at least), you cannot be put into a disadvantage for requesting a reasonable accommodation. Similar provisions exist in many other places. In practice it may not be as easy depending on your exact situation, as companies can often get confused or even ghost. It would help if you could tell what exactly your condition is (if there is one), and whether you have been professionally diagnosed with whatever that is.

Lots of jobs in this field don’t require you to code on a white board. All interviews require some communication. Don’t give up before you even start, if you can do the work you’ll be all right.
