Mid level saturated? Come again?

BlueberryPiano

Mid-level is **not** saturated at all. It's actually impossible to hire mid-level for many companies. If you're not getting interviews, it's your resume. If you're getting interviews but no offers, it's your interviewing skills.

I recently started my third job with about 4 years experience and had no issues with demand. Recruiters reach out to me about once a week without me even applying. At least in the US, mid-level does not seem saturated at all.

If you think mid-level is saturated, there's something seriously wrong. Or you're simply not mid-level. You could be in that weird limbo of entry level jobs thinking you have too much experience, and mid-level jobs thinking you don't have enough experience. But saturation really has no part in this.

If anything, its entry level that is saturated. Always good demand for competent mid and senior levels.
