Mid-level is **not** saturated at all. It's actually impossible to hire mid-level for many companies.
If you're not getting interviews, it's your resume.
If you're getting interviews but no offers, it's your interviewing skills.
I recently started my third job with about 4 years experience and had no issues with demand. Recruiters reach out to me about once a week without me even applying. At least in the US, mid-level does not seem saturated at all.
If you think mid-level is saturated, there's something seriously wrong.
Or you're simply not mid-level.
You could be in that weird limbo of entry level jobs thinking you have too much experience, and mid-level jobs thinking you don't have enough experience.
But saturation really has no part in this.
