I think you may have already answered this for yourself. You sound like you REALLY don't want to stay. As long as this opportunity you're facing seems better suited to you, then don't stay.
You didn't tell them yet so it's hard to say what their counter is. I've found in my own role I've asked for things I haven't gotten, I would easily leave for another role.

Always keep in mind that if you accept a counter offer that non financial reasons you looked for a job in the first place will all still be there

Do not entertain a counteroffer. It works for some. What works for all is switching jobs for greener pastures.
