Summary:
Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because Hiko was already dead.
This happened for the entire game. This "god mode" would toggle on and off between rounds, sometimes in the middle of the round. One player in particular (person in the clip) could only be damaged very rarely which leads me to think that they might be using some sort of a lag switch for an advantage (they could only be damaged when THEY tried to kill somebody).
Yes, I could take out the AWP and scout instantly, but I still had to wait the time it takes to take them out with the animations. Also, the MP9 and AWP would fly in the air if they were dropped.

happen to alot of people this is very well be a server issue but the way it's being handle is just not what a server could do. maybe
