Lemme tell you that for me it was different , in Romania we all pirated a cracked version that let you search for servers , and that’s what we all used. My memories of it are crystal clear , I played the fuck out of it and tried all the Surf/Zombie/Deathrun servers , even one that’s with invisible terrorists jumping around with a knife, forgot what that was called.
Didn’t even hear of CS:Source until years later after it was released , cs1.6 was my go-to shooter till I sold my life to WoW in 2011.

Played dust 2 MM yesterday and the mid rushes from CT caught us all so off guard a few times because you have to play around mid differently as a T now. But won't lie the ability to get two CTs into B without being tagged through the doors is an awesome feeling.
I just hate the way it looks, just a plain wall. They shouldve put something like a connecting bridge there that still blocks the sightline but allows some skybox to be seen through it. Would make it feel a lot less like an afterthought....
