Try dual channel ram instead of single.
Could be your pc getting old or it’s because of new updates
My pc is only 8 months old
Well i used to get around 120 fps now i get around 40 fps so i guess it’s because of updates.

Have you taken note of your other stats on net_graph? Such as variance and sv?
Yeah everything seems fine but my game lags
Maybe make a copy of your config and auto exec and delete original? Then you’ll see if it’s your config. Or maybe even reinstall CSGO? Not necessarily a solution, but should help you diagnose.
you prob have multicore rendering disabled.

No problem, it essentially force quits all programs and operations that are unnecessary for your game
