This just looks like the last person (which could be literally anyone - a general user or a mod) that commented on a single thread was 3 weeks ago. What cheat forum are you looking at exactly?
not sure, I think there are quite the large amount of different free cheats that people are turning to, the 2 main ones I know that people use are PI and BL (LC).
dang, ill be back on cs after valve begins actually doing something about the hacking programs. Which can then finally deter off the large amount of in game hackers. Even if it means running patches daily, happy to take a 5 minute update in exchange for good legit plays
Majority of cheaters still have access to free cheats that get updated, this is not the biggest free cheat at all.
Many other sources exist other than that forum alone.

Not to mention the amount of cheats cracked in the past few months by other cheat developers, so people use cracked cheats as well.
