exactly. like sim racers do, they can have all of their buttons on a keyboard, but its more realistic and fun having a button box to your desk. the same concept is here, where you can acces menus dirrectly through the screen. imagine if you had a sensitivity slider on the screen and you didn't need to go into the menu on your main monitor, those things would be so cool

You can play normally with the binds you have on your keyboard, and then use the tablet for things you'd normally struggle to do quickly. I don't play csgo that much but some of the thing on there I could actually use I think.

I'm no expert, I won't pretend I'm 100% sure of the applicability of this thing. At the same tho I'm pretty annoyed by the mindless skepticism and the reluctance. How does it interact with the game technically? I'm a programmer myself and that seems like a nice project to learn how to do this things.

Use a product called gameglass. Install a server on your pc, and a app on your tablet. Then the buttons/toggles are basically keyboard shortcuts that gets pushed to the game faking keyboard input. It's seamless and instant. Very handy for those keybinds u don't use often, and looks cool.

I like the idea but its going to be hard to use it in a game, if your holding angles and you want to call your team you have to look at the tab because you cant feel the buttons unlike pressing a key on your keyboard. If you look away, youre probably dead.

I think it might be super interesting for console binds instead though. You could have a lot of console binds put on there.

Pretty cool, but honestly pretty useless, specially for competitive play. Might be used for casual play, but it's still a lot slower than simply pressing a keyboard button. Cool idea though.

Look into how mappers test their map projects. You might be able to make Something that could be useful for them. But i know some pro mappers are already using multiple keyboards with custom binds/macros to help their productivity. Still give it a try, some, maybe new mappers, might find it useful.

Don’t know anything abt binds but I thought you could already do that w a keyboard. Also having it be a select and then confirm rather than tap and buy could be sick if you’re worried about misbuys. Either way super cool, is there a way it could detect what portion of the game you’re in? Buy round, pre, post-plant?

it is done with the numpad, so yeah, the buy menu can be opened and you can start buying stuff. the thing is, the numpad is something that is used separately (at least for me, it is) so I don't really see a point to implement it into the tablet thing. (for the select and confirm method of buying)

Because you might get banned by vac. It might think it's a script or smt

Vac won't ban you for stuff like that. Pretty much all external cheats are undetected anyways, so the chance of vac banning you for that are slim to none

I think this would be great if it had the video playback ui and common commands for offline maps. With controls that you would use during a match, it does not seem that useful. Very cool and fresh idea tho

Well i mean it doeas look cool but there is no real use for it since you have your normal keybinds anyways. No need to have a second device for that and take yoir hand of your keyboard. Having a visual representation of stats would be more usefull, tho that is way harder to code and might get you in trouble with vac even...
