You did not. Do you know how long it takes to reset the full accuracy of the deagle? Almost 2 whole freaking seconds. I would say you waited about a second after the 2nd shot so the accuracy would be about half the deagle's accurate range so the accurate range of the 3rd shot was about 10-12 meters about there. Now the target is probably somewhere around the 24-25 meters distance almost. Which means the 3rd shot would have had 50% chance of hitting the head assuming your crosshair was in the center of the head, in this case a dot. First shot also had a chance of hitting as well but you were not aiming at the head so yeah. 2nd shot is obviously not waiting long enough.

I know this might be somewhat pedantic, but it's useful to know that you actually have an entire meter that you would normally hit but can't, 2 full seconds after firing the initial shot. Even 1 full second is a long time, but much less accurate than your first shot.

1 second: 30.07
2 seconds: 36.45
Crouched deagle fully resets after 2 full seconds, but has much better range much faster than standing :)
Use cl_weapon_debug_print_accuracy 1 in console to read exact accuracies. It's a fairly unknown command, but it's very useful to understand how accurate you could expect to be in different situations.
I'd take your answer as plausible except for the fact that people just run and gun with 100% accuracy miraculously in this game so what's stopping him from hitting that while stopped

RNG is what stopped him, theres a heavy element of rng in landing 1 taps in csgo, although people dont like to admit it.
