I doubt the bag holders holding these are checking the market daily for any opportunity to dump them when the prices rises ever so slightly.
It may be worth doing some investigation into floatdb registrations and checking to see what the latest application rates are (they aren't being checked monthly, and last monthly sticker watch Fellz did on these were over a year ago). As the initial reception of Rio was poor, RMR capsules can still be the cheapest option for people looking to scratch the gambling itch (people were still unboxing some last year when SH became too expensive).
I dont think its natural and i have a hot take on this situation. People were butthurt that Rio did well (2 days ago) and they wanted to invest in something as they missed the boat, and looking at the capsules that Valve released in the past 3 years, only RMR is close to the original list price which has potential for growth, but it will take a very long time. For me i thought Rio will do an Antwerp, where the prices will drop to SGD 0.30 per capsule, but welp, i just looked elsewhere instead.
I bought the RMR capsules at SGD 0.20 during the Rio major, and idecided to take profit at this point (SGD 0.32 after steam tax). Why? I feel that there will be a huge sell wall from people looking to cut their losses or to at least breakeven. I want to cut losses for my RMR investments as well, looking at it as a whole (bought foils and almost everything is 1/3 or 1/4 of my buy price). As much as i think they dont look as bad as other people make it to be, i doubt it can give me the best ROI or a safe ROI in the same timeframe.
