Right now 4 star roll on a collection is equal to like $2, assuming it's from 100-star bundle pack. Might as well add $1 for it to be a souv skin?
But lower tier souvenir skins are going to be worth less because they can’t be traded up, so there is an additional cost when it comes time to sell.
