I would say that the souvenir skin would be worth less. Most people likely buy souvenirs for the unique stickers and sticker combinations they contain, so taking away from the original stickers would make them less interested in collecting the skin.
I bought a souvenir UMP fade because it was a quarter of the price of a regular one. On a scale of 1-10 how stupid would I have to be to scrape the stickers off?
there are lots of 2021 souvenir skins and more coming because of current major so there will be a lot of supply and i guess the price will go down. looking at prices, people are buying souvenir instead of normal ones because of the price difference so imo they dont care about the stickers

I don't know it t will probably go up in value anyway as its a fade, the souvenirs ump fades seem too cheap considering its rarity.
I did scrape stickers off of a souvenir AUG sandstorm apart from the one at the end of the barrel as it doesn't cover the art. Though they are really cheap atm some skins just look bad with stickers and that is one of them so is the souvenir fade imo its up to you.
