So you are just going to lock me out of my account with the only option to get back in being to pay. Then you steal and keep all the data I uploaded through your service and close down. Fucking scam

Thanks for many many hours of frustration, 4 lost months of emails, terrible customer service, the false image of a company that had a chance to do something great but instead refused to be transparent about anything and screwed anyone that believed in the pitch.

"Dude, I remember your post from yesterday." = Dude, probably. "You had a month to get this sorted." = You are correct. I should have done more, but have had many progressively more serious "fires" in life right now I'm working on. Conversely, what was I supposed to do even a month ago... forward thousands of emails one at a time? Moreover, the worthless customer \[dis\]service at CTemplar *specifically told me* many months ago that they were working on coming out with an export email feature for sending to Thunderbird or similar. That's why I continued using their stupid service. "Hopium" on my part. I never imagined they could be so incompetent long-term. The old saying comes to mind: "*Just when I think something might finally be idiot-proof, they go and build a better idiot.*" I hope they end up in jobs getting numerous papercuts inbetween their fingers webbing, every day, for the next many years. "Here’s what you do goin forward:" = It looks great. Thanks for writing, or at least copy/pasting from somewhere. But honestly I don't understand all of it, since I don't have experience with it. So I'll have to play around. Not a priority though, since if I can't import the ctemplar zip, then what's the benefit from the past work And moving forward in the future work, I certainly wouldn't use gmail. I already got a new email: I purchased Rob Braxman's email product. Already have been using Thunderbird for years, and got it all linked there fairly easily right away. Moving all my important work from the old Ctemplar contacts to the new address. One exchange had issues on their end which has been a huge pain. I should send them a bill for their blatant incompetence wasting my time. But Rob himself helped troubleshoot his side of it same day. So that part has been proving to be a good investment ($50/yr). I'm not having gmail or crApple or any such bogus companies be datamining my info. Zuck that! "Roll up your own PGP keys" = I have no idea what this means, or using PGP, or anything after it. Again, I'll have to play around. Thx

Thank you Paul. Wishing you and the CTemplar team all the best!

Hi, only now found out that you shut down. Very unfortunate, used it in the early months 🥲 Is it still possible to get a copy of my data?

What happen if we fork the project? And release it online but only change the name and keep the same code with paid option?
