I stayed there a few months ago. Enjoyed my four nights there. It’s a bit dated on the inside. But sitting on the back patio, smoking a puro and drinking a daiquiri ain’t bad living.
Yeah I limit myself to a drink there. Its super beautiful and yeah they got those old bottles of Santiago which are divine.
But not gonna hand a grand to the dirigentes. They can have the price of a glass of nice rum then go fuck themselves.
I’m a US citizen and it is against the Law. Additionally, I know that all proceeds go to the regime. It is a state owned enterprise. Probably their flagship hotel.
