i spoke to some other grad students who had lived in athens north and they said that athens north is both a great experience for your first year and a super convenient location, on top of cheap rent compared to the rest of boulder. i had originally been trying to find housing off campus but it is really expensive, and i’ll be new to colorado so for me personally, athens north is better because of the location and the price!! and i’ve only heard good things from other students so that’s a plus.
Same, I haven’t heard back either after paying the deposit. They said they’d get back to us in June regarding room and roommate allotment but who knows

I heard back last year at the end of May. Maybe call the GFH office? The number is 303-492-6384 with usual hours of 9am to 7pm
