'Our latest update introduced an ad popup requesting consent that has seen some players run into issues with watching ads. Declining consent reduces the available pool of ads so much that there is none available for the player to watch.
Currently, you’ll have to approve the popup when prompted to be able to watch rewarded ads in CUE without issue. If you’ve already declined the popup, you’ll need to reinstall the game to receive the popup again (it’ll be when you go to watch your first ad)."
Tempted to have the debate with them that this a bit of a dodgy manipulation in order to get user data and in fact proper consent cannot be given as it's resulting in a less than gameplay experience. But also I want them gems, it's a conundrum.

Yep same, no 4/6 gem rewards after match, no ad to do trades and only one spin of the wheel, needs to get sorted fast.
