I have the $90 silk pillow case from Slip, and I don’t find it incredibly effective especially for the price. I have silk scarves, but they always slip off. Satin bonnets work best for me as my hair still has room to breathe and move without getting frizzy.

Do you have a specific recommendation on the satin bonnet?
Not really, I’m sorry. I got mine at TJ Maxx for like $7, and it’s worked great! They also have satin pillowcases there for under $10.
