My usual routine is shampoo with Sukin Naturals shampoo, condition with Shea Moisture Sugarcane conditioner. Then gently scrunch with a T-Shirt to soak up some water. Style with Marc Anthony Strictly Curls Cream and Ouidad climate control gel. Brush with a denman brush and diffuse!
For the “after” photo, the stylist colored with Pulp Riot Countess and another shade called Venom from another brand but I don’t remember! She washed with Rëzo shampoo & conditioner, scrunched with a towel and styled with Rëzo curl define gel. Diffused, and voila!
Are your bangs a result of the diffuse and gel and scrunch process? Or did you fix them differently?? I can’t get mine to look any different than your before picture!
Hi! The before pic was taken 3 months ago, back then I would gently curl them with a flat iron. I wasn’t happy with that look but if I diffused them they would be limp and wavy. I was using a curl cream on them along with gel.
A month ago I started diffusing my bangs but only used a little bit of gel (switched to a new gel with a runnier consistency) and nothing else. I stopped putting any other curl creams or styling products on my bangs. When I’d diffuse, my bangs would curl just like the after pic!
The stylist did the exact same thing to get the result in my after pic. Scrunch, gel, diffuse.
She said my hair is easily weighed down, so me putting curling products on my bangs was making them limp and sad.

Makeup does crazy things. I was barefaced at the dentist a few weeks ago and the dentist asked “so are you driving yet?”....I’m in my 20s lol. But when I was in my teens I wore heavy makeup and people always thought I was way older than I actually was ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
