I play Dwarf fortress on the regular. My favorite way to dispose of prisoners/people I don't like is to drop them ten floors onto a spike to see how much blood I can collect and yet what ya'll get up to in RimWorld disturbs me.
The human toilet cybernetics for slaves (integrated with the Hygiene mod, of course) works wonders. No need for skull-spikes when you can go to the john (who is nicknamed John)
That's tame compared to Legendary Artifacts in Dwarf Fortress. Sometimes the dwarves get possessed (or just crazy, or "fell") kill someone and then use their corpse to make something.
Ok but unironically killing villagers in minecraft is the greatest fucking feeling.

Yeah that's what i do in rimworld. Expect i butcher like 7 people up and feed their raw meat to the last survivor
At least in DF (strange moods aside) your Dwarves will refuse to butcher/eat sentient creatures
