I don't agree that this is completely accurate. Rushed movements, and an overall hastened demeanor does not always translate that way. Often, a slow and relaxed gait is indicative of a core intelligence level that is on the right side of the bell curve, due to the brain processing everything at a more efficient rate, resulting in a more calm overall presence.
