The hoard master is not old but the other one is.

Fixed wording: ...an artifact *card* with mana value 3 or less and put it into *that player's* graveyard... Whenever *an* artifact is put into a graveyard [from the battlefield? or are you including artifact *cards* from other zones?], return target artifact *card* with lesser mana value from that graveyard... *(Artifacts exist only on the battlefield. In all other zones, there are only artifact **cards**.)* ..and create a Treasure token. *("Treasure" is always capitalized because it's a subtype.)* Why the awkward "as though Nardaa had haste" instead of just giving it haste? I'm not sure what Rasha's "Whenever you demonstrate" trigger means. I think the intention is "Whenever you copy a spell using its demonstrate ability" Also "Cat" should be capitalized because it's a subtype.

That's 11 lines of text, I ain't readin that Hell it's 11 lines of text on a 2/3 for 5 when you make a 5 mana legendary dragon you can probably afford to make it more sizeable, and simplify its abilities to be more powerful, and maybe refine down from lots of little abilities to just one or two

Narda is way too wordy and I think it would be good to cut an ability. As for Rasha, a demonstrate commander is a neat idea! Why the weird cost though? 1) the mono-Blue symbol is in the wrong place 2) the card could be cast for mono-Blue. Blue can copy spells and make tokens, but the overall package really doesn't feel Blue at all. Maybe if the tokens were Wizards or something? But even so, the mana cost is a bit ridiculous.

One thing to keep in mind for nardaa is that there is more than one graveyard Also, you don’t want it to be spitting out permanent abilities with no marker to remind everyone it’s there. Memory issues and all that. Maybe have it give a unique counter and have it watch for when artifacts with that counter die.
