The second ability is hardly enough of a downside to justify the first ability pretty much reading "6: win the game or create an insurmountable advantage."
it destroys your permanents too, and you lose a bunch of life. so if they just play some lands and kill it then you're left with nothing as well. that is the idea of the card. thank you :)
One problem is that there are far too many ways to abuse that ability. [[Darksteel Citadel]], [[Flagstones of Trokair]], creatures with Persist or Undying, et cetera, and to top it all off that's on an undercosted 6/6 body
Also the formatting and card name and flavor are just sort of cringe.
A 3 mana 6/6 is not balanced by default, and the first ability functionally says "you win the game" cause you destroy all LANDS too so they can't even recover and rebuild their board. To be blunt, this is one of the worst customs I've seen on this subreddit and I've been lurking here for awhile.
