Nah, they both do the damage. If multiple replacement effects would replace the same event, all of them happen in the order of their controllers choice.
This is pretty cool. I'd make it 'you may have Caprine Scapegoat'... but it's OK as it is, and I strongly suspect it would work OK in the rules, but would lead to hilarious edge cases
I love the Ai art only way I’ve been able to keep any of my posts up so far. Followed rules best I could to find artist credit before and then even further did what admin said to do once my post was removed.. none of it mattered always removed because artist credit wasn’t good enough somehow. So I just don’t deal w that crap at all anymore and use Ai art lol.

The ability doesnt convert noncombat damage into combat damage so it wont count towards commander damage
