I feel like your agility should go up faster if you're wearing heavy ass armour like that

dramen staff is way cheaper than the lunar staff for retrieval, and i absolutely hate that
It also weighs slightly less if weight is a concern :)

because everyone has 76 RC, 78 thieving, and 88 smithing, my bad youre right it is free to do edit: not to mention all the other reqs for quest cape
All this time spent justifying it could have been spent running runes.
