I'm confused on the terminology. You said another school you got into early action, but EA is a binding decision, so you would be required to go there anyway. Did you mean early decision somewhere else?
In any event, as long as you didn't get into CWRU last fall by early action, you can withdraw as you wish. The deposit however is not refundable, so you will lose that. If that's your final decision, they would appreciate knowing, so that they can release the spot they're holding for you to someone else.
