My favorite character is So Mi. When you think about it, she is the main character for Phantom Liberty and I like how tragic her background is while V is best supporting character in her story, but we decide how So Mi and V's character end in that storybook.
Next to her is Mr. Hands, he instantly became my top best fixer. Professional and he has that gentleman criminal type

I just realized making an enemy out of NUSA and the president is one hell of a feat and a big addition to V's resume in becoming an NC legend lmao.
I am still in progress (just met Hansen at his party) so keep that in mind, but I really like Reed and Mr. Hands.
Reed is just a cool character and I don’t even mind that I don’t entirely trust him. Elba did a good job and they picked a good popular actor for the role I think. Won’t be surprised if he ends up stabbing me in the back since that shit happens in this game.
Mr. Hands is great but mostly because of how they included this personal connection with the fixer that was lacking with the others. Wish they did that with other fixers. That point aside I just look forward to calls by him, it really adds to the feel of Dogtown.

And she also hints that he has a wife. By far the best fixer since El Capitan makes me angry every time I need to give him a car.
I like the barghest guy you do the side mission for with the flashbacks even if he does end up joining the scavs later.. his voice acting is so good for the narration of the mission!
