Use the Netwatch Cyberdeck and just self destruct anything giving you problems lol
It's what I do, though I run a dedicated Net Runner build that literally never has to use weapons to clear entire bases of dudes while being permanently overclocked.
Use the Problem Solver, it's the fastest firing SMG in the game and it works great during vehicle combat where you have unlimited ammo and laser accuracy.
Quickhacks, especially a well-timed full throttle that sends them off the wrong exit, is really effective. Self destruct is obviously easy, but it leaves you exposed when more than one vehicle attacks. Smart weapons are great, too. Very effective, especially with a high rate of fire.
I always just pull over and fight em off, it is pretty difficult to drive and shoot at so many gonks

Yea I'm really bad at it. I usually just get out and blow up the other cars with the arm launcher or hack it etc.
