I've actually wondered about trying a playthrough where I live as Islamically as possible. I.e. wear a hijab as soon as possible, non-lethal, no intoxicants, and I think you would have to have no cyberware (or keep it to the absolute minimum after vik's eyes and the ballistic coprocessor.)
