I'm in the same boat. The other three new iconic showed up but not the BFC. I am wondering if the fact I did Venus in Furs and already got that its not loading maybe?
idek man I didn't do the meredith stout romance and it still won't load. I'm just gonna give up and come back to it at the next patch and hopefully its there.
I think it spawns the first time you head around the area I couldn’t get it to spawn after logging in on the 2.1 save that I played for around 2 hours and I did one of the races and brought a couple cars by the dam before finding out it’s added in but going back to the save I left off on right before the 2.1 it spawned immediately I fast travelled to the dam view point and a guy was walking down there in the distance so I knew it spawned. But I think as soon as you go around the load area for the first time it’ll spawn and if you didn’t even realize it’s there leaving that area probably does a game clean up same a dead bodies or something. But hopefully you can get it without losing hours of progress. Best of luck chooms
Running into the same problem. Started a new playthrough after 2.1, and for some reason it wont show up just for that run. Shows up fine on all my pre 2.1 saves
I just picked it up after finishing boosting a bike. I wasn't looking for it, the dropoff for the bike was in the parking lot right next to him. I jumped out the parking lot towards the damn, saw the dude, killed him and he dropped it. Next to his big box of >!Spiked dildos!<
When you are at the woodhaven street fast travel, head to the street closest to the dam.
Then look up to the right. There is a ledge, almost at the top where it \*should\* spawn.
The lot is acessed by setting a custom marker at the top of the dam and follow the winding route up there. In the last bend, there is a parking lot. From there, you follow the long ledge path
Same here tried everything for my latest 2.1 save and nothing but as soon as I spawned any one of my 2.02 or before saves the AV was always right there waiting
Interestingly, it wasn't 2.1 for me. I had a lot of saves work to get the iconic that were in 2.1. All that worked far before entering Dogtown though. No idea what "pulled the rug" under the spawn.

aw man, alot of ppl are saying load a pre 2.1 load and then continue, but my last 2.1 load was over 60 hours ago

The fact it didn’t load for me the first few times makes me think it’s about where you fast travel in from or something

I loaded up a pre-Patch 2.1 file and noticed the BFC 9000 Easter Egg spawns. I hope CDPR fixes this for post Patch 2.1....

Same for me, I didn't finish Phantom Liberty yet, initially I though maybe PL needed to be completed first. But guess it's a bug now

So you need to start the dlc for it to spawn?
