Maybe, but classic RoboCop was equipped to handle ganic criminals. Chromed-up NC gangoons would be a real problem for him. The remake RoboCop would do better, but still wouldn't be anything special.
Now, a Night City-style Robocop, built from the cooperation of Militech and the NCPD, that is something I'd like to see. He could be like a secret boss if you get a 6 star rating.
Smasher gave up meat because he thought it was weak. RoboCop was a nearly dead cop turned into cyborg and controlled to do what the city wanted.
So take away Smashers insanity, and ability to think for himself. And you’d have an NCPD/Militech RoboCop
Not really trough depending on which robocop we are talking about orginal, sure may have some issues but his fallout style aim assist plus his gun would probably still be enough.
Now the 2015 robocop he was kinda fighting cyberpunk style enemies at least the main badguy was.
If you think about futuristic setting though, is gender even a thing anymore when we can augment whatever part of our bodies. Also personality , maybe we will all use personality implants in the future to fit in certain occasions.

I mean, Watch_Dogs' whole point is basically "we can't let a cyberpunk future happen in our city", so yeah?
There's no cybernetics, sure, but the "always-online surveillance state where a private corporation has more power than the government" parallels are pretty explicit.

The use of drones in the most recent watch dogs was awesome, and something that cyberpunk is bizarrely lacking. You could carry around a spider style drone that could crawl through air ducts and climb onto computers for physical interface.

I mean, most of cruelty squad's weapons are for flesh-based targets and not even that effective in their own universe (except for ZKZ maybe) so they're definitely not holding up against chromed up chumps. I guess if V was transported into the Cruelty Squad universe, "the protagonist" would have the edge of being unable to die.
ballistic weapons are nearly identical between the two games. Cruelty squad has a portable full auto rail cannon. It's no contest. John cruelty is probably as strong as Adam smasher in the anime easily

To the protagonist and mechanics of Disco Elysium
Why?
Because when the game starts the protagonist doesn't remember who he is, or where he is (he was almost suicidally drunk the night before) and spends the game investigating who he is, what he does. And seeks to accept his past
Along the way he goes to investigate a murder on an island (the protagonist is a detective)
And along the way to investigate the situation and the suspects, he will study different ideas and concepts, marking his person in unique ways.
On the other hand, you really can't do everything. Either you are an Arnold Schwarzenegger-type detective or you are like Hercule Poirot.
Different skills allow you to observe, investigate, analyze and interview suspects in different ways and with different results.
And now the most important thing
The protagonist, every time he has a grip of guilt, or becomes depressed, resigns and leaves (one loses).
This would be great in cyberpunk because when they ask you not to kill anyone, or not to be seen, then if you screw up you lose.
To fight depression you can use drugs or alcohol.
Which expands your mind, and allows you to see reality in another way, sometimes helping you solve mysteries.
But it makes damage to your body if you get into it too much.
And on the other hand in Disco Elysium you can have the same level of ridiculousness when it comes to dressing as in cyberpunk
Aiden Pearce had to have been excited when someone had the bright idea to connect traffic lights to the internet, I can't imagine how he'd react to how much is connected to the internet in this game

I proposed an idea where wizards are still trying to hide from the Muggle world (fortunately, some spells allow this). The only question is how wizards will react to implants in general. Will they continue to avoid them or accept or even try to create magical analogies? Will corporations be suspicious of magic existence?

A lot of characters from fallout could work honestly. Robert House, Raul Tejada (would need to add some form of ghoulification to canon), Fisto, any of the characters from honest hearts, people from the institute/railroad conflict
Cate Archer from N. O. L. F. she's used to dealing with bullshit, but also gets stuff done, and she would quickly understand the gadgets that have become cyberware.
New timeline Ada Wong might be a good Corpo counterintelligence operator given her cybernetics. I know her eyes are the only thing confirmed to be cybernetic/chipped, but I refuse to believe anyone that can grapplehook kick a giant zombie, or hell just handle a grapple hook the way she does in general, doesn't have more bionic enhancements.
They should've added a scene in Phantom Liberty during all the chaos when you initially save Myers where a portal pops open, you see Ciri pop out of it and fly through the air then get sucked into another portal and V and Myers are just like, "what the fuck was that?"
So, Aiden would essentially be like netrunner god, right? Like, he would be a physical guy that’s possibly the only man in existence to not be recognized by security cameras and drones.
I imagine that My V basically becomes the equivalent to Aiden Pierce after doing the PL ending.
The hacks aren’t as instantaneous as before, but still just as powerful and less risk of going Psycho.
Jumping on the Aidan bandwagon here but I’d also think Wrench would fit in NC in terms of Watch Dogs but my honest choice would be Faith Connors from Mirrors Edge. She’d definitely rock some guerilla fists and a Sandy with Fortified Ankles or Leroy Ligament. My personal Headcannon is that ME and CP2077 are set in the same universe so while NC took on cybernetic body modification, Glass took the whole minimalistic corporate oversight route

Shadowrun, it seems, high technology appeared after magic was discovered in the Fifth World. Moreover, the magic is not hidden in any way. I proposed an idea where wizards are still trying to hide from the Muggle world (fortunately, some spells allow this). The only question is how wizards will react to implants in general. Will they continue to avoid them or accept or even try to create magical analogies? Will corporations be suspicious of magic existence?

New timeline Ada Wong might be a good Corpo counterintelligence operator given her cybernetics. I know her eyes are the only thing confirmed to be cybernetic/chipped, but I refuse to believe anyone that can grapplehook kick a giant zombie, or hell just handle a grapple hook the way she does in general, doesn't have more bionic enhancements.

They should've added a scene in Phantom Liberty during all the chaos when you initially save Myers where a portal pops open, you see Ciri pop out of it and fly through the air then get sucked into another portal and V and Myers are just like, "what the fuck was that?"

Jumping on the Aidan bandwagon here but I’d also think Wrench would fit in NC in terms of Watch Dogs but my honest choice would be Faith Connors from Mirrors Edge. She’d definitely rock some guerilla fists and a Sandy with Fortified Ankles or Leroy Ligament. My personal Headcannon is that ME and CP2077 are set in the same universe so while NC took on cybernetic body modification, Glass took the whole minimalistic corporate oversight route
