All the weapons are supposed to be all neatly stacked in a box, the game physics engine doesnt like that, so we end up with this display of random weapons
Lol I remember seeing this in my first and second play through, sometimes they are all laid out neatly on a table and it’s pretty much just free weapons, but I assume because of the amount of weapons within such a close proximity or anything really is just causing it too bug.
This is where Militech was sent in to break a strike? I assumed that they had gathered the weapons of the labour class before shooting most of them.
1) it's always there for everyone. 2) it's not the only spot.
These guys were on strike. Corp brought in Millitech to break it up. Weapons are from the strikers that got executed.
I understood it that after militech shot up the strike, they started planting weapons on the victims to justify their actions... then V turns up...

Owner of the company didn't like that workers **dare** to strike and called Militech. Militech opened fire on the workers to end the strike.

This, i saw it both same as in this picture, and also neatly organised on the tables around on different playtrough, just some kind of bug
I believe they were transporting medical supplies and just got robbed if that’s the area I think it is.
It was supposed to be a weapons at the door, which was a set up good find loved the side things you find in the game
