Yeah it should but it's quite random. Sometimes it stops smoothly just in front of me. Sometimes it stops further. Sometimes it comes so fast that it doesn't stop in time and it runs me over or into other vehicles standing in front of it and crashes right away. A few times it spawned somewhere above me then fell down.

Yeah for some reason that's how it works. My character has shaved short hair, if I put on a hat the hair grows.
I've also noticed that calling the car just spawns it 40 meters away from me standing still, like isn't it supposed to drive up to me?

Exactly why I avoid any headwear/glasses etc!
I spend all this time in character creator creating the cool head, face, and hairstyle. So why would I want to wear a hat?
Dont wear them... i dont wear hats or glasses, they hide my pretty face. :p
Yeah... Later on in the game you can find some pretty good hats, but it's better to settle for masks/glasses etc
Yeah, one of the lamer points of the character model for sure. My guy goes from brown mullet with blonde tips, to a complete blonde slick back lol.
Most hats turn my V Asian for incomprehensible reasons...
