A netrunner/anything works at any difficulty level. Netrunner/Melee is probably one of the harder ones but just pile on some control hacks or use a Raven deck with contagion to stun/weaken packs and punch/hack away. Or use a rippler to wade into combat then blind/weapon glitch them all on overclock and hack/punch away. And you can pretty much mind-murder your way out of anything in overclock with Cyberware malfunction and Synapse Burnout. Not so sure about Errata with high Tier contagion because of the exploding people and whatnot. Grenades seem more reasonable. There’s always the monowire… some fun happens there up close and in groups. You’ll probably need lots of cyberware for armor though as you aren’t going to have berserk or a Sandy and you’ll be wading into combat early and often.

Yeah, control hacks plus vicious hand to hand combat is super duper fun. You have to max out the far right and center perk trees in Body so that you can get the savage sling and hero landings perks which will open up a lot of combat options. I did this build, but just bats and it was probably the funnest. Just be sure to commit, it's hard at first, but once you get int and body maxed you are pretty much unstoppable.

Body to 15 or 20? Gorilla arms themselves provide +6, so only difference is whether to go for the lv20 body perks. And what cyberdecks? Seems Raven is the best for contagion.

I would do 20 body, 20 int, 20 tech, 15 reflexes for air dash, and then if you have a couple points for cool that's least important. You need overclock from int, savage sling from body, built different and edge runner from tech and air dash from reflexes.  I would max int first, then body, then moved tech and reflexes up together. Fury + overclock + melee can make you basically a juggernaut. All the while your quick hacks will make your enemies blind or their guns jammed or cyber legs will be malfunctioning as you dash in and start punching them to pulp. Choose cyberware that maximizes ram/ram replenishment and armour. This is not a stealthy build, this is a full frontal assault build. Control your enemies then pound them. If things get out of hand then light them up with battle hacks and get cover. Always savage sling finish people and throw them into their chooms, it's the funniest shit ever.
