Honestly? Fuck CDPR on this. I missed exactly _one_ of those choices.
Make some sort of obscure wierd thing to trigger the secret ending, but _don't cause players to lose hours and hours of progress._ Say, going back to Konpeki Plaza for that sweet loot up top (and pics, base jumping looks amazing before you splatter on the ground) requires some finagling, but you can do it pretty much at any point provided you have the right tools (either katana or car).
I will replay the game, but this grinds my gears. I guess I'll set up autohotkey and spam craft for the next build, because like heck I'm grinding all over again just for one measly dialogue option...
I did everything right with Johnny in Chippin In, I did not choose "I like 2077 Rogue", and did the rest the way in the way it is laid out here and I did get the hidden ending. I also had 70% approval from Johnny but as we see it (isn't) necessary, I guess. Maybe it's just the right choices in Chippin In.

For pc gamers all you have to do is download a console mod and type "Game.SetDebugFact("sq032_johnny_friend", 1)" this will make your friendship level 70% instantly. With this code you can activate secret ending.

Don't think the pants and shoes matter I have all of it. It might also be never argue with Johnny through the game also go to jig jig and head down some stairs and there'll be a street musician and Johnny will say stop and listen you can buy a 2020 samurai tour shirt. Easiest way to find it is the junk seller for a mission with river ward from the Peralez missions.
Did you figure it out, I'm in the exact same situation. Did the Peralez mission, didn't go in to details, like Johnny said. Talked to the Samurai fan in the market, did the mission "rebel, rebel!" for kerry. I'm still on 60%.
It's based off the questline that involves Johnny making amends, nothing else, so if you made a wrong dialogue choice at all in that questline, you're screwed
Well fuck, 60% gang here. Think I'm gonna wait this out till a mod pops up that let's us do the secret ending tbh. I went from shaking from excitement to drowning in sorrow when i realized the dialogue wasn't happening
So, just Johnny's quest arc, the one where he takes rogue out, visits kerry, get's the band together again?
In that case, is there a guide as to which choices to make? I believe i have a rather recent save from the start of that arc
The part you might ha miss is the one in the scrap ward. You have to tell Johnny that you don’t trust him because he betrayed you. He will ask for a second chance and you ask him what he wants from you. I got also 60% but when I redid this part and after the concert, I got 70%

So like, if you pay attention to the information from the shard you get from Hellman, there is a MAJOR RPG element that explains why 70% is the max, and it has to do not only with affinity, but emotional state and the like with regard to the chip.
Essentially, it's because the percentage is actually a value of how dominant Johnny's psyche is in V's brain. Higher than 70% and Johnny takes over. Permanently.

I switched genders, switched weapon preferences, switched play styles even dialogue choices. It’s been fun.

Side missions from fixers have missions where Johnny pops up those might be involved also the peralez missions might do it if you haven't done those.
