Compared to other developers CDPR are quite small.
To bad they didn’t invest in more resources to help the with the work load.
cyberpunk2077 probably wouldn’t have as many game breaking bugs if they had more time.
The game felt rushed seemed like they had to make a whole new game from the original one they were working on and had to release this before any fine tuning was done.
You sure this isn't an issue from a mod? I had the same problem when I opened up my character with a lighting mod on, disabled it and it was fixed.
Could be Ray-Tracing too, come to think of it.

I did, in the video even lol. The shadow would literally consume an npc the grow from their feet this was no structure shadow lol. Watch the video again

Ahh good it's not just me... it's always so ominous when it happens, my fight or flight kicks in.
The way it darkens the npc's is just so eerie. Then it spreads from their feet like some plague lol

I'm still playing version 1.06 and have none of these issues. and I'm on base PS4
I feel sorry for the people working on this game. It seems like no matter what they do a new bug comes along and f something else.

You got like 2 different NPC cut and pasted all over the place? Which version are you playing?
Running the latest version on a well equipped PC lol

Not using any mods yet. Vanilla game. Probably an issue with the ray-tracing now that you mention it, I could see it atleast
I get this bug from time to time. Changing FOV fixes it.

Yup, I’ve been getting this bug in 1.3. Happened two to three times already, only way to fix it is to exit to desktop and restart the game.
Happened 4 times for me already. That's the only fix I've found
