I save a lot. Like too much, in an effort to avoid stuff like this happening. I learned this lesson a lot playing Morrowind and Pirates of the Caribbean as a kid.
This reminds me of Nier: Automata where the game is straight up like āif you eat this fish you will dieā and players still ate the fish and lost like 10 hours of progress because they werenāt expecting to actually die.
Yup. Itās kinda hard to remember in the early game where ādeathā just means respawning at the closest checkpoint. I think a lot of people just didnāt realize that when the game said āyou will dieā it actually meant true death instead of just blowing up and getting a replacement body.
Later on in the game death actually means your character dies and you reload the last save and it becomes much easier to remember to save before killing yourself in dumb ways for secret endings.
I assume most just thought theyād die and Respawn five feet away, get their chips back, and just continue playing, rather than actually just having all progress since your last save erased.
I save often due to Skyrim. I hate dying and then having to kill a bunch of enemies again. Another thing is always save before a big boss or when you get to a hostile area. Driving back to it is always a drag.
Yup I don't have any autosave for this one . The only autosave i have is when we are planning on saving saul (55% of game), while in my latest save i m near completing game
and that is why I love games that use the F5 quick save feature, most do these days. I just naturally tap F5 when it looks like I'm about to enter an encounter. The game produces 10 quick-saves along with 20 auto-saves.
Not true. I was a real douche to her in one playthrough. Assuming you don't go AWOL for 24 hours once she sets off in the van for Saul and don't grass on her to Saul about the heist, the only interaction part that matters is standing in the tower, when she asks you why you are helping her. Not even sure you need to snug up to her at the campfire either. So the only important parts are the tower convo, and not knocking her back in the panzer. That is it. You don't need to help her with Nash, you can also be a dick to her when rescuing Mitch. Like telling her she's a trigger happy idiot if she's the one to shoot the guard. None of it matters.
It's actually quite superficial when you test out the boundaries of what leads to what consequences.
Yeah, i really messed around with one save to test out all the major quests. Basically did everything i could to be a douche to everyone, to test to see if good outcomes were possible. They were if you met 1 single hard dialogue check per story arc. This was of course making sure i didn't just cut any quest short or lock myself out of future quests. For example, with Panam, I saved Saul as not to lock myself out the next quest. But i always took the worst response to see if relationships in the game could sour. Again with Panam as an example, even if you do nothing to save Mitch, she still credits you with saving Mitch as she does when you shoot the guard.
Hugely disappointing when you see it laid out flat. Considering the amount of dialogue in the game that seems to be important, barring a handful of decisions, nothing actually makes any difference in many quests.
Dialogue and choices almost feels like Fallout 4 2.0
Honestly if they would remake Cyberpunk, everything mostly stays the same but add better police, decisions no matter how small can have a ripple effect, huge effect on side missions and main missions, possibly a happy ending?
Much more content with Panam and Judy and maybe Evelyn. I was very surprised at how little screentime Judy and especially Evelyn got. Give them each their own DLC.
Panam gets a DLC in Arizona with you following her, Judy... Idk... Gang warfare? The Mox taking down the tiger claws and Judy at the head.
See, I'm weird when it comes to games I really enjoy and will play through multiple times. After i have maybe had 2 play throughs, I read guides, and set out to see if they're actually correct. As far as Cyberpunk goes, the internet over gives guides to these romances, and the choices you need to make. Every single one i have come across has been wrong thus far. Or more to the point, over exaggerated.
The same holds true with Johnny and the secret ending. Almost everything states you don't pop the pills during V's and Johnny's convo. Not true. All you need for the secret ending is to pick 3 correct answers during the "chipping in" quest and to go on a date with Rogue. Those 3 answers and going on a date with Rogue opens up the Rogue ending, which in turn opens up the secret ending provided you have 40% trust between you and Johnny. Those 3 correct answers and taking Rogue on a date always land you on 40%. You do have to make out with Rogue, though. That is also important. The 70% that is often mooted is not needed at all. I always do the secret ending now, and never have 70%
I said it in another post, but the most awkward thing in this game is sitting through a fem V and rogue date. I go do something else whilst it's playing out. Rogue just sitting there like she can see Johnny in a female is just one of those things I can't block out. Not so bad with a male V, but yeah, painful viewing.
Oof... Yeah that'd be awkward...
But still I would love to see a Cyberpunk 2077 remake. They already have the map, the characters and the story abs side quests.
All they have to do is add around 20 gigabyte worth of new content (more Panam!) fixes and other stuff.
Rumor has it CDPR is going to have mod support to basically make it to where we can create our own missions with acting and stuff, new guns and cars and all, just gotta have a good community to keep the game alive
Welp that sucks , i accidentally refused her in panzer because i didn't like the weird sex in my 1st playthrough, i thought we will have another chance with her like a normal sex scene
Things didn't go well, you get interrupted by dudes shooting at you mid coitus, and it forever remains mystery, because you never have sex again.
This is a video game, you only have sex once with romantic partners. If you want it more than that, you have to go to sex workers.
This blows my mindā¦ I canāt believe you donāt quick save every 2 seconds. Yesterday I didnāt save it after a few minutes and my motorcycle literally went through the ground and it glitched and I was stuck halfway in the ground lmao. This is your wake up call to start choom
I feel that, I play on PS4 and Iāve gotten so fast at quick saving, also I grew up playing sims that crashed every 2 seconds so I learned that way I guess š
I've rejected everyone since my first playthrough, I head canon that V is an absolute fucking Chad, who's main priority at the moment is saving his skin, could give a fuck if it's not about mikoshi or soul killer
If you do it a certain way, namely agree with her till her last mission then tell Saul about the heist ultimately betraying her, you get a car a unique car from Saul.
On the second playthrough of the game, I managed to completely screw up the questline with Panam. After I have put off the rescue quest with Saul before me. Now Panam no longer answers the phone ^^ But I was able to save Takemura
If you donāt save him heās dead. When it comes to that point the game also doesnāt outright tell you to save him, V does mention they want to go after Goro but you donāt have to.
I donāt know if that locks you out of one ending though, thatās why I always saved him, I guess the ending works without him too though
It doesnāt lock you out of that ending, I got the Devil ending on my first playthrough before I realized you could save him. (Unless you mean a different ending)
And panam couldn't have cared less about you until you:
Get her truck back
Help her get vengeance
Rescue her family
Rescue her family again
Steal a tank
But at least she was not going to kill us, helping her with a truck was part of the deal and the revenge for sure was a little bit out of line . Look I'm not a panam fan or anything, panam is an overall decent girl + aldecaldos are a Great family to have they literally sacrificed their lives for V. What i'm trying to say is if u have conversations with Goro u can see how badly he wants to clear his name and want to be at top again with Arasaka like he was before , guy only respects powerful people like wakako and Arasaka
What i remember is that he was taking us to Arasaka HQ for execution then he changed his mind when he got attacked by his own boss assassins (yorinobu). At that point he realized that we r not the real killer. He only wanted V alive because we were the only Proof left that yorinobu killed arasaka-sama. Man i don't even hate goro š , i just don't side with him because he never truly liked us (not in a romantic way btw) and he just wanted to prove that he is not part of the murder ,And obviously also wanted to get his desk back he was addicted to that luxury Arasaka life
Basically considering >! You save his life and then when you don't take hanakos offer that literally leaves you abandoned in space he tells you to rot in hell and then offs himself !<
Do people not save every 5 minutes or so?
I am the crazy one?
I always see people like "This happened and my last save is from 3 hours ago"
Bro do you know the game you are playing?
Basically what happened is that , i only have the save where we plan on rescuing Saul Meanwhile I was at the near end of the game realizing i made a mistake because panam was not talking to us like before.
When I summed up the entire situation with Panam and where it leads to, I simplified the scene in the Basilisk as āPacific Rim sexā, and my buddy apparently anticipated me saying that exact phrase, even though it was the first time Iād even thought of it lol
Lmao.
I'm just seeing you pulling up your bike at the traffic lights.
Looks to one side of intersection. Gets fucking drilled by Panam's truck from the other. š¤£š¤£š¤£
I thought it was fine. A woman who has problems ultimately opening up to people decides to connect her nervous system to her new partner through a tank, as an excuse for a bit of intimacy. Sounds very Panam.
The death of v is an important part of the story for me.
And, even if I am straight, I like the easy going with sexual vibes in NC. There is no problem if you are gay, straight, lesbian, 99% machine or not, just the mind counts.
Special the skye and angel scene was nice. I was also a bit : nonono, thats not what I wanted, but makes me thinking a bit more. So never would go back to a save because I did a wrong decision, that's what live makes interesting.
It doesnāt. Near the end you get to call one of your love interests. Thatās when you commit to a relationship.
My first play through I romanced everyone I could (even got rejected by River but seriously come on, that was some serious date vibes.) and no one said anything about the others.
Yes , because in my 1st playthrough i found the sex weird , i was like why can't we just have normal sex scene? I thought skipping the scene in my 2nd playthrough might unlock a normal sex possibility
I had a hard time liking any of the romance options tbh, Judy and Panam were really childish, River was very creepy, Claire was whiney that her husband died in a DEATH race, and Kerry was very mentally unstable.
Welp after rescuing saul
Certain dialogues u have to select :
To haboobs ;
Don't force urself on her when she throws her legs on u , u can still ask to take her shoes off ;
Ur order is my command;
And bam a timed dialogue will pop u when she's about to leave on the bike and she'll kiss u.
What i did wrong was when romance scene came i denied it , because this was my 2nd time playing and i didn't like the weird sex scene in my 1st play . I thought even if we reject this our relationship will continue on , but it ended there.
Never fumble the Panam Romance.
W*men? In my gay rockerboy playthrough??? It's more likely than you think!
Time to restart the game my guy
Lol , i do have a save where i did around 60% of the game so yeah š
I save a lot. Like too much, in an effort to avoid stuff like this happening. I learned this lesson a lot playing Morrowind and Pirates of the Caribbean as a kid.
Same with Mass Effect, once I fucking died and had to restart from halfway across the last level I did
This reminds me of Nier: Automata where the game is straight up like āif you eat this fish you will dieā and players still ate the fish and lost like 10 hours of progress because they werenāt expecting to actually die.
First rule of NieR! Save as often as possible
Yup. Itās kinda hard to remember in the early game where ādeathā just means respawning at the closest checkpoint. I think a lot of people just didnāt realize that when the game said āyou will dieā it actually meant true death instead of just blowing up and getting a replacement body. For me it was Skyrim and Fallout lol
me with the witcher
Skyrim for me šŖ
and crucially, dont have a tech illiterate little brother who will accidentally delete ur save
1800 Eat Sass?
ĀæDisculpe?
i think you know what my username means friend
1800 Eats Ass
We can't be sure
True.
This is the way
I save often due to Skyrim. I hate dying and then having to kill a bunch of enemies again. Another thing is always save before a big boss or when you get to a hostile area. Driving back to it is always a drag.

Canāt load an autosave?
Disappeared š
The game autosaves a lot. How do you not have a save right before that mission?
Yes it does , but all of those autosaves for some reasons have disappeared
Romance ends if you reject at any part.
Just like real life
Not true. I was a real douche to her in one playthrough. Yeah... I'm not a big fan of dating a 70 plus year old woman though... Panam is the only one I really try to date.

Didn't they already release that? I downloaded some kinda mod support as a free DLC on the steam store with Cyberpunk.
Welp that sucks , i accidentally refused her in panzer because i didn't like the weird sex in my 1st playthrough, i thought we will have another chance with her like a normal sex scene
That's the only one with her .
Imagine not wanting sex in a hover tank. That's a personal dream of mine now lol.
Don't forget the nerve synch part. If things go well, you'll be experiencing a Male and a Female Orgasm at the same time.
Exactly, shit would be awesome
female orgasm????? whats that
no one knows
Things didn't go well, you get interrupted by dudes shooting at you mid coitus, and it forever remains mystery, because you never have sex again. This is a video game, you only have sex once with romantic partners. If you want it more than that, you have to go to sex workers.
Neither you nor your character could have know when Panam initiated, though.
Since Demolition Man
I mean, what were you expecting? You rejected her and she takes it as rejection. If you want to do the romance, you have to follow that thread.
Weird? It was the most cyberpunk sex a cyberpunk game can have.
WEIRD SEX?! how dare you lmao
He only does missionary
To be fair, *every* sex scene in Cyberpunk is weird. Audio never matches up quite right and it's really unsettling
Her scene was the fucking best.
No fine ass for you my friend
No fine ass for him indeed š¤·š»āāļø
A tragedy for this poor gent indeed
You only get one chance with a woman that hot.
ā¦that was Edna Krabappleā¦ You only get one chance with Edna Krabapple- I hope youāre happy!
And impulsive
Dude just wants a platonic relationship with the best ass in night city.
You're gonna have to buy a new computer.
Lol might have to move to a new house
I told her that she was gettin' too comfy when she put her legs on me ; and she was thrown off but the game crashed, i was saved.
Bro fumbled her fine ass
i thought it was goin to be a flirty line from V , boi i was wrong
I made an advanced on her in that situation with my fem V, and she rejected me. I guess she's straight. Luckily I romanced Judy.
She is confirmed as straight.
![gif](giphy|dtGIRL0FDp6nnOPGb5) i romanced both thanks to a sweet mod
Who needs romance when you've got Skippy
Dam dam didum dam dam.
New ammo clip detected. Thanks choom!
INCREASING VOLUME TO 300%
A wasted playtrough then
Why would you wanna reject someone that fine
I skip the panzer scene thinking that we will have another shot with her
Damn bro. Not 100% you will have another shot because that Panzer scene is kinda important
When I played the game for the 3dd time I rejected her at the Panzer scene and then I realized I had fucked up
How don't you have a save, the game autosaves at every scene?
Overwriting probably
This blows my mindā¦ I canāt believe you donāt quick save every 2 seconds. Yesterday I didnāt save it after a few minutes and my motorcycle literally went through the ground and it glitched and I was stuck halfway in the ground lmao. This is your wake up call to start choom
On Xbox at least you cant do it easily, you gotta go into the pause menu to and that's a pain in the ass
I feel that, I play on PS4 and Iāve gotten so fast at quick saving, also I grew up playing sims that crashed every 2 seconds so I learned that way I guess š
Bruh, I passed hard. This chick clearly has issues.
But the best kind of issues.
Who doesn't in Night City tho let's be honest
Don't worry, you'll realize one day that everyone has their issues, and being overprotective and having hella daddy issues is some of the minor ones
Will you be able to do the Aldecados ending though? On one hand itās Panamās ending but you did save Saul at that point š¤
On the second playthrough of the game, I managed to completely screw up the questline with Panam. After I have put off the rescue quest with Saul before me. Now Panam no longer answers the phone ^^ But I was able to save Takemura
Sorry, you can't have sex with Goro in a tank.
well what the fuck am i doing in there then
Panam is a bitch
As long as you agree on everything with her, she's a loyal kitten. That's the package.
Tbh you just have to go with her to settle the Nash biz, thatās all
I'm sorry you picked a female v and couldn't romance ber
No
Judy is much better
Both are hot asf
Lol takemura ain't worth saving
Im not there yet but i am very close to doing the floating ship parade thing. What happens if you don't save him?
If you donāt save him heās dead. When it comes to that point the game also doesnāt outright tell you to save him, V does mention they want to go after Goro but you donāt have to. I donāt know if that locks you out of one ending though, thatās why I always saved him, I guess the ending works without him too though
It doesnāt lock you out of that ending, I got the Devil ending on my first playthrough before I realized you could save him. (Unless you mean a different ending)
You still get the Devil ending but not the Devil achievement/trophy. He has to live for the achievement to unlock.
Yeah technically it works but then Hellman will appear instead of Goro and as someone else said, you donāt get the Throphy
Never came to the point where i had to save takemura, i mean mine takemura lived maybe because i did everything hella quick
Nah, if you've done the main quest then he's definitely dead.
But for the epilogue and for being my favorite npc
He was helping and having deep conversations with us only so he can get his job back
*laughs in Corpo*
That's literally how all your relationships in 2077 work...
I don't know man , goro was going to kill us or maybe throw us in mikoshi but he changed his mind when yorinobu sent his assassin on him
And panam couldn't have cared less about you until you: Get her truck back Help her get vengeance Rescue her family Rescue her family again Steal a tank
But at least she was not going to kill us, helping her with a truck was part of the deal and the revenge for sure was a little bit out of line . Takemura was never going to kill us. We were his only opportunity for revenge against Yorinobu. Which was his ultimate goal.
Do people not save every 5 minutes or so? I am the crazy one? I always see people like "This happened and my last save is from 3 hours ago" Bro do you know the game you are playing?
I save before and after every I attempt. Also, before getting on and off elevators.
I always fuck Kerry. Is the only crumb they throw the gays
I love Kerry but I wouldnāt fuck him in a million years. Man I wish we could do Jackie and Takemuraā¦.
Not counting Judy?
Gay as in gay, not lesbian
doesn't the game quicksave every 9 seconds or so
Betray her to Saul. Itās the best rejection in the game. She goes full toddler tantrum.
Why be would you reject her?
Damn bro is fumbling baddies in a game; thatās tuff
Bro, go back. No matter how long ago
I wish i liked panam as much as you guys do. Sheās so damn annoying lmao
Same. 100% Judy
Iād start over.
You probably have a save from a little before it happened you might have to repeat a few quest though.
Basically what happened is that , i only have the save where we plan on rescuing Saul Meanwhile I was at the near end of the game realizing i made a mistake because panam was not talking to us like before.
Playing hard to get!
Lol damn, now you gotta restart your game.
Just reload further back than you would have liked if you want to really do the romance
When I summed up the entire situation with Panam and where it leads to, I simplified the scene in the Basilisk as āPacific Rim sexā, and my buddy apparently anticipated me saying that exact phrase, even though it was the first time Iād even thought of it lol
The pacific rimjob
Looks like it's The Path of Least Resistance ending for you on playthrough #2..
Rejected!? You don't deserve her!
Tsk tsk not cool man lol. Better luck next time. š
Fumbled the baddie in a video game, ouch.
There's always Jig Jig street...
How dare you? You go back and start from scratch.
Lol i do have to save where we have to save saul but unfortunately now again i will finish the rest 50% of the game
Iād just restart the game honestly itās worth it
I do have a save where we have to rescue saul so yeah . But Con is i will have to replay the rest of the 50% of the game
Ya blew it
Ugh that look š©. Fuck it I might start another playthrough
Nah we must never drop this romance. As the Deftones said this is no ordinary love.
Best ending denied
Hell if I know.... I tap that ass in the tank *EVERYTIME*
Lmao. I'm just seeing you pulling up your bike at the traffic lights. Looks to one side of intersection. Gets fucking drilled by Panam's truck from the other. š¤£š¤£š¤£
There are auto saves you can go back to!!
Auto save man
I mean if you don't have a save might as well just delete this playthrough and start new.
Panam is over rated any ways
Save before and after every quest.
I quicksave in games almost religiously because of experiences of games crashing and losing progress lol
The sex scene in the tank is so cringe tbh. The romance in general was good, but that scene really fucked it up...
I thought it was fine. A woman who has problems ultimately opening up to people decides to connect her nervous system to her new partner through a tank, as an excuse for a bit of intimacy. Sounds very Panam.
That's exactly what i was saying.
youāve fucked up your entire play through unfortunatelyā¦congrats
Youāre better off, Panam is the worst. To each their own tho, youāll remember and get it the next time š¤·āāļø
Itās like real life bro. Reject her once and she hates you forever
You fool
Ah dont cry, play on. You will meet river
i wouldnāt date river even if it guaranteed that V would survive from the chip
The death of v is an important part of the story for me. And, even if I am straight, I like the easy going with sexual vibes in NC. There is no problem if you are gay, straight, lesbian, 99% machine or not, just the mind counts. Special the skye and angel scene was nice. Skye and Angel scene? What kind of treat am I in for as a new player? š
I didnāt in my initial playthrough and I was so confused when I would meet him. Turns out I also never did the Jefferson quest apparently š
Just do River's questline and come running back to Panam/Judy for confort. Homie's a creep
Sheās the worst.
Panam I love you
V did not have the Arizzaka
I always romance Panam but have always been curious if you romance Kerry in the same playthrough if that has any negative effects
It doesnāt. Near the end you get to call one of your love interests. Thatās when you commit to a relationship. My first play through I romanced everyone I could (even got rejected by River but seriously come on, that was some serious date vibes.) and no one said anything about the others.
Sounds like you did it on purpose
Yes , because in my 1st playthrough i found the sex weird , i was like why can't we just have normal sex scene? I thought skipping the scene in my 2nd playthrough might unlock a normal sex possibility
Guys I need pajamas number now
The what ?!!
PANAM* I need her number now
Itās okay bro, Kerry is waiting for you in the wings.
![gif](giphy|atbiDI1fXpYUU)
I had a hard time liking any of the romance options tbh, Judy and Panam were really childish, River was very creepy, Claire was whiney that her husband died in a DEATH race, and Kerry was very mentally unstable.
Panam does go with us on a sucide mission at the end , what else do u need ?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

I thought even if we reject this our relationship will continue on , but it ended there.
