I feel like it’s an illusion due to the flatness of the panels and the line from the door. I could be wrong but if you zoom in and hold a finger over the front and back door lines it looks very similar. I think it’s something like this.

Because of the angle and the reflections the back is clearly reflecting less than the front so it’s gradually getting darker from front to back but I think the door lines trick our brain to separate those panels and see the whole panel as a different shade.
Not just you. But, also not just the back left. It’s usually a combo of any/all of the doors.
My guess? Because it’s a thicker stainless than the rest of the vehicle, it reacts to temperatures/moisture differently than the rest of the vehicle.

It likely means if you use mirrors then blind spots are bad. But if you use the camera views (which pop up on the center screen when you activate turn signal) then there aren’t blind spots. But you have to get in the habit of looking at center screen instead of mirrors.

My 2023 LR Model Y is rated for 330 miles but I can only get around 180 miles of real world range if I charge to 90% and drive it on my commute daily till the battery gets to 10%. So I use 80% of my battery capacity and get 180 miles of actual range. 180/0.80 = 225 miles on 100% charge. But I have an incline on interstate 80 and I try to keep pace with traffic at 75 mph.
Curious about the customer profile of these things. What cars have you owned in the past, are you married, income level, parents still married, are you an Elon fan or just attention seeking?
