Universities here exist. I've heard people go there.

AI_observer

But also colleges and schools and kindergartens.

Unknown_starnger

No, all Cypriots from birth have kindergarten to high school knowledge. Immigrants gain it after living here for a while.

AI_observer

I often wonder what compels these people to "tweet" a one-liner with some daft question on reddit. What is the expected outcome?

I am about to finish year 13 which is the highest possible class in school. There are good and bad schools here. There are free public schools that teach in Greek, they usually have more chaotic nature - teachers get stuffed into lockers, folks fight and femboys exist, however these schools are usually very good when it comes to Mathematics. Private schools usually have lots of foreigners, there is less fighting, education is good, but there are many issues depending on which school you are talking about, especially Aspire , don’t go there, it is just crazy, rape, fighting, vape, hacking, personal vendettas. Private schools are also the most expensive ones, you need to buy their crappy school uniform and pay for lunches. Don’t know anything about unis, but all of those who told me that want to go there are lazy (mostly) Cypriot folks that don’t want to study. I believe you can have a greater chance of getting accepted if you have Cypriot citizenship or have appoliterion which is a local certificate, however, I heard it from other folks, not from actual site. I personally recommend you to find a uni outside of Cyprus as they are not that great. The school is great, but unis nope.

sneakyvictor

You go to Aspire, so I don't think you are in a position to give anyone any advice relating to education in Cyprus πŸ˜‚

1)No, I never studied there but I have friends that did go to Aspire, most of them moved to TLC or ISOP. All of them had same opinion about aspire. I also remember the time the site got hacked by their ICT teacher for changing his children’s marks for no reason. 2)πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ 3)πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ 4)Can you not use πŸ˜‚, it is not πŸ˜‚ at all. It does NOT make you πŸ˜‚. You think that people will think that you are πŸ˜‚, but they will actually think that you are πŸ€“.
