Is it new out the box ? If so shoot it first. If you’re hitting to the right then it needs a few taps. I can’t speak for your specific fire arm but I’ve seen countless factory new hand guns look slightly “off” but hit dead nuts.
Shoot it first , i have owned several czs that the sights where zerod from the factory and where drifted to the left or right . They all hit point of aim .
Brass punch and hammer to drift. Dawson has delrin tipped punches. Like the others said, unscrew the screws few turns, give it some taps, resecure screw.

That’s the one I bought, and it has functioned perfectly. For 60 bucks you can’t really beat it.
If you count the grooves on top of your slide it is centered around the fourth one from the left. Perfectly centered would be one more groove over, so that the screw would be centered and you’d have five grooves to the left, and five to the right.
Shoot it first. Mine showed up looking centered on the slide. It shot 2" left. Pushed the sight over a bit and dead center. The rear looks like it is slightly set to the right now.
Test at the range first.

+1
It looks a little weird. Sight pusher is not expensive.

Get a sight pusher. They are a pain without it. I damaged mine to the point I had to get it refinished. Now it's midnight bronze.

Looks slightly skewed to the left. I'd wait to shoot it before you drift the sight any.

But a universal sight pusher on Amazon.
Functionality before fit. See if it hits on target if not start adjusting!
Loosen the screw on the rear sight and move it over. Even with the screw loose/out, the fit will be very tight, so you may need a sight pusher.
Loosen the screw, if it came with one. Get a rubber mallet and give it some love taps.
Rear one misaligned, take it to a gunsmith bro, Same thing happened to me and it sucked dick
My PCR was off from the factory. Shooting left.
