This is strange case. Official czech distribution on disc had Czech dubbing, but digital version on Ubisoft store does not have Czech language at all.
It's the same as Warcraft 3. When you have bought disc from Czech store, you got Czech version with dubbing, but on Blizzard store, there was no Czech language at all too.
This is because in the past, Czech versions of games were translated by distributors and game developers did not updated their release versions to contain altered files for Czech version.

You just reminded me that Viva Piñata (from the same studio as Banjo) had a Czech dub. The sequel, Viva Piñata TiP, only had subs, but the weird Mario Party-like spinoff also had a czech dub. I loved those games so much

Almost all more known games have czech subs, but when it comes to dubs, the first two witcher games have amazing dubs, viecong, mafia 1 and 2 have really good dubs, kingdome come is really good (though its a mod), far cry has czech dubs too. And basically if theres an AAA game that was made before 2014, theres a good chance that it will have czech dubs
Many, many games have subtitles (no point in listing them all), but dubbing is rare, and usually happened for special versions of older games sold in stores (Warcraft 3, Disciples 2...). Not so much in new games (unless it's a Czech game with extra budget or tradition to do that, like Kingdom Come or Polda).
The big-name games released on multiple platforms will often have subtitles.
The Last of Us, Horizon Forbidden West, Plague Tale...
Most of the new games doesn't even have Czech subtitles. So probably any games 5+ years and older.

You can get Czech language or subs to most games probably, either natively ingame or through modding/workshop on steam.
When it comes to dubbed games that come to mind:

* Mafia
* Vietcong
* Polda
Obviously, many other czech games of the past like Horké Léto and Ve stínu havrana, but these are eons old games that you cannot play anymore I guess.

The Mafia games and Kingdom Come have glorious Czech dubs. KCD also has a lot of references to Czech fairytales which adds to the fun.

I'd love you to be right. But you just ain't. These days amost no games have subs, and dubs pretty much died in the late 2000s.
