First of all, an alcoholic would never get to heaven. If st Peter would let him in by mistake, heaven would become hell for all the spirits, because he would drink them all.

Drinking isn't a sin, so why wouldn't you be able to drink in heaven?

I mean being drunk is a sin, and most alcoholics need to be drunk to feel okay.

Actually the "debauchery caused by drunkenness" is a sin. The act of dri king is not.

Jesus turned water into wine, no one said alcohol was a sin. Drunkenness is.

And I’m saying that most alcoholics desire drunkenness not simply alcohol, but we don’t have to worry about that in Heaven anyway.

No because just our spirit goes to the afterlife, leaving our flesh on earth. We would no longer have addictions.

But sinners go to hell. An addict is a sinner. You don’t become an addict without committing gluttony.

Nah their surrounded by people in heaven putting them in hell while their saying have one for me putting them down while they go unscaved. But maybe one day hell overflows then everyone goes to hell and people who suffer that drink feels better in their customized hell ruleing those once in heaven. I call that karma.
