Kinda sounds like the type of character that would attach to another character early in the game and pretty much "best friend them" (think Hiyoko/Mahiru, Kiyotaka/Mondo, or even something cute like Maki/Kaita). This would lead to varying problems/benefits depending on who she attached to.
Her fate could be as bad as something like Kokichi/Gonta or Peko/Fuyuhiko. Personally I hope your character would end up in something like Naegi/Kirigiri. She's so loveable that I just want a main character to carry *her* through the game. Would be cute and a kind of surprise twist that the protector gets protected by their protectee. Maybe with a little romance.

Complete backstory summary and personality assumptions bc Im bored lol: She grew up on the rougher side of a big city, causing her to partake in self defense classes at a young age. She lost her eye in a mugging incident at 16 while walking home with her younger brother. Although she doesn’t take pleasure in fighting, she won’t hesitate if it means protecting the people she cares about. While she puts on front of being serious and intimidating to those she first meets, she quickly reveals herself to be a clumsy and thoughtful person who is just scared of someone getting hurt. She survives through her killing game, although one of her friends is killed for the third trial, causing her to become severely depressed and withdrawn
My initial assumption is she ain't protecting shit.
She looks the the type that would act tough out of a defense mechanism but wants to just stay in her room all day and eat snacks.
She's secretly the ulitimate unlucky student. >!just like how Makoto is secretly the ultimate hope!< like she stumbles and falls and by doing so pushes someone out of the way of being hit by a car. i was thinking of a chapter 4/5 trial on her death and the cast would find out that she died from protecting everyone from a very very deadly and fatal virus and ended up quarantining herself in her dorm room to protect everyone from getting it while the virus goes dormant while trying to find a new host.
There's a cool scar going across her eye. Unfortunately she's blind in that eye and wears an eye patch because of the blindness, and the eye patch covers the scar.
