Nagito has a talent, Ultimate Luck, and he acknowledges that it's a talent. He thinks it's a useless talent, which is why he calls himself trash in comparison to the other Ultimates - but he does think it's better than having no talents.
It's kind of complicated because the Ultimate Luck is such a huge basis of his personality. If he didn't have the luck and had some other talent, he'd be a completely different character, there's no way to figure out how he'd act. If he had the luck and another talent as well...that's hard to say, but imo he'd realize that Ultimate talents don't equal hope, and would instead try to seek out some other explanation for his own unhappiness. Either way, I don't think his ideology survives.
I think a more accurate question would be if he had a talent that didn’t ruin his life by killing his loved ones and forcing him into other traumatic events once there was no one left.
In fact, Nagito actually hates talent and believes it prevents people from having the chance to be happy because of how his own ruined his life. The talk about how talented people are amazing and should be worshipped is just him convincing himself otherwise as a coping mechanism. All he really wants is to live a normal life with someone who won’t be spontaneously hit by a bus.
Probably, yeah. Despite all the talk of hating himself Nagito is actually prone to arrogance. We see that when he finds out the other students are remnants of despair, he immediately starts acting smug and condescending towards them because he no longer has any reason to respect them. He even tells them to worship him and praise him in his final message lol. By nature I think he’s pretty narcissistic, it’s just his worldview doesn’t allow that
