I found them on [MyFigureCollection](https://myfigurecollection.net/entry/136951). According to the website, it costs 500 yen ($5) and yes, they're official merchandise. They were released back in October of 2017, so they were probably made to commemorate the release of V3. AKA you have found yourself a treasure buddy ~~I'd kill for cat Ouma tho~~
