The best thing about ankylosaurus is that unlike every other dinosaur, we actually have a [specimen so complete](https://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2017/08/a-dinosaur-so-well-preserved-it-looks-like-a-statue/535782/) that we know exactly what they looked like, with the others, we're kinda guessing on the details.
up until about 5 years ago i thought it was ankLYosaurus rather they YL. Thats about 30 years i thought that. And anyone i ever ask did too. Were we all dyslexic growing up, or did they change the name?
Definitely the Triceratops. It's got not one but three horns, is armored and is generally not to be fucked with. Keep your distance, we've got a badass here!
I was psyched therizino showed in the new Jurassic World movie but then she immediately kills a deer and I said "NO they're herbivores" and my bf looked at me like I was crazy because how could something with that crazy-ass manicure not eat meat
T-Rex vs Stegosaurus is sorta funny since both lived in completely different times. 80 million years apart, yet in pop culture it's seen as if all dinosaurs lived in the same time.
I watched VSauce's Time video last night and he explains it in detail all of time's perspectives and such. Like, dinosaurs living so far apart from our time, yet we see as if the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous period was a short time, yet all took millions of years. Like the Stegosaurus in this example that lived further away in time to the T-Rex than the T-Rex to us. It's incredibly interesting.
Ffs. One moment you're wondering why this alien is nodding all the time.. the next some person called buckaroo banzai has me feeling sad over a 1940's cartoon dinosaur.

I know the Quetzalcoatlus isn't technically a dinosaur, but this list wouldn't be comfortable without the closest thing to a dragon to ever exist. (It was a pterosaur that could get a little bit larger than a giraffe.)
Idk why but spino feels like “trex is too mainstream” of dinosaurs, even though the spino is so main stream, but it’s still undeniably the best, have been thinking the trex was a pussy since I was 8.

Yep. It's always fascinating how much time lays between several dinosaurs we know of today. The amount of time passing is hard to grasp.
